The extended Saturday morning class will be a mix of movement, alignment and release work, to include Somatics, Scaravelli-inspired yoga and functional exercises. I intend to have breathing exercises at the end with time for relaxation.
If you have never done an extended class or workshop with me don’t worry, the time flies and the work becomes clearer when you have time to relax into it all, so give it a try. Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to attend.
