1-2-1 Classes

Tailored to meet your individual needs

Sometimes an individual class is just what you need (or, indeed, a group of individual classes) especially if you are injured or in pain and you need a more specialised class tailored for you.


This is something you cannot receive in a group class.  I love teaching a 1-2-1 class because I can focus on how you are and offer an approach that will help. These classes are specific to your needs and will vary depending on whether you need help with muscle pain, stiffness or an injury. Or your needs may be more restorative and relaxing so the class focus will be different.

You may:

be recovering from an illness and require a more gentle restorative approach to regain your health and wellbeing

be feeling stressed, tired, or depressed or just more anxious and want to learn a relaxation practice designed to help you feel more at ease and calm

need guidance to start a home practice or to deepen and get more out of your practice or perhaps work on particular poses/asanas/movements
