Hello there, here’s some information about some Saturday morning extended classes – roughly 2 hours long, working with release and alignment through simple movements and then leading on to yoga postures and some pilates strengthening exercises. Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to attend.
The classes will be a mix of movement, alignment and release work. Followed by Scaravelli-inspired yoga and my own Pilates.
I am hoping to be able to end with 20 mins breathing and relaxation so you will need to bring some blankets etc. Let me know as soon as you can if you like the idea or an extended class or would prefer a workshop and also if you can attend.
