A morning of Somatics
I am teaching a two hour Saturday Morning Class, on the 1st July at The Friends Meeting House Marlborough Park North. The cost is £30 and you will need to bring two blankets!!
The class will be “A Morning of Somatics” – a slow body movement technique created by Tom Hanna (Feldenkrais) and is safe and easy with natural movement. It will give relief to every part of your body, and is a way of teaching your muscles how to relax and stay that way and is also a profound way of developing a conscious conversation with your nervous system so that you can re-pattern your body’s movements.
We will be in the large room so plenty of space to relax and roll about!! Please let me know if you are coming and if possible pay to book a place.

I am also going to bring the doTERRA Essential oils with me and will be using the diffuser so you can sample the oils and look at the brochure if you are interested.
Summer classes
I will be teaching fewer classes this August, so the new class dates are below. All the Crescent Arts Classes and Newtownards Classes have finished for the summer and will re-start the Week of 11 September – hope to see you there again.
The classes at Friends will be on the following dates:
June: 15, 22, 29
July: Saturday 1, 20, 27
August: 3 and 31
Sept: 7, 12 etc as the new term will have started and will run 12 weeks with a half term break, finishing the week of 4 December.
I think I have put all the dates down correctly!!
Class prices
Class prices have increased to £90 for the block of 8, and for the Crescent Arts classes of 12 weeks is £135, and also the Newtownards Class of 12 weeks is £135.
