Inspired by Vanda Scaravelli and her form of yoga, this course focuses on the use of balance, breath and gravity to release tension and find a free, light and easy way into posture work.
The body is more important than the pose so we learn how to nourish it without pushing, bracing or pulling to get into a “shape”.
Suitable for all abilities plus an inquiring mind. This is a gentle but intense hatha yoga class with hands on correction.
Please bring a yoga mat to class. Parking on-street in the local area.
