Developed from my training with Alan Herdman, Scaravelli Yoga, my medical background and my ongoing Biomechanics training, this course brings pilates and nourishing movements together to help strengthen and align your body and improve your balance, coordination, health and vitality.
Pilates suits all ages and increases flexibility, tone and awareness.
Please bring your own mat to class. Parking on-street in the local area.
