Friends Meeting House
With my many years as a Pilates Teacher and a Scaravelli-inspired yoga teacher, as well as my medical background, this class will focus on whole-body movement, helping our bodies become more functional, balanced, flexible and strong. Improving your breath and awareness of how your breath can impact your mind and improve your balance. Breaking down exercises into smaller motor skills and postural adjustments will improve core strength and body alignment, allowing the body to move with more ease and vitality.
By becoming more aware of how we move and breathe we can help ourselves cope with stress, anxiety and tiredness, bringing the whole body into a state of balance and stillness.
Please bring your own mat to class. Parking in the Friends Meeting House carpark.
