DESCRIPTION:This class is for anyone curious about finding ease and integra
 tion within their everyday movements\, and posture.\n\nThrough Somatic mov
 ement enquiries and invitations you will unravel awkward movement patterns
  or uncomfortable postural habits and discover greater ease and expression
  of movement.\n\nThis is a slow practice with mindful movements\, teaching
  your muscles to relax\, calming your nervous system so that you can re-pa
 ttern your body's movements.\n\nThe course is a series of 12 classes runni
 ng from 12 September to 5 December and the cost is £135.\n\nPlease bring 
 a yoga mat and 2 blankets.\n\n&nbsp\;
