 ents. Taking time to open and explore tension patterns within your body an
 d learning to become aware of them to release them. I hope to include some
  Scaravelli-inspired yoga within the class depending on how everyone gets 
 on.\n\nThe cost is £30.\n\nPlease let me know as soon as possible if you 
 would like to attend.\n\nYou will need to bring two blankets as well as yo
