Hello there,
I am teaching an extended Saturday class on June 23 at Friends Meeting House, off the Lisburn Road. The cost is £30 and we will start at 10.00. Please note, the class on 19 May has been cancelled.
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, blocks, and cushion for comfort.
The class will be a mix of movement, alignment and release work, to include Somatics, Scaravelli-inspired yoga and functional exercises. I intend to have breathing exercises at the end with time for relaxation.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to attend.
